By using this website, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and capable of entering into a legally binding agreement. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time. The content of this website is for general information and commerce purposes only.

Product Descriptions and Condition Grading

We make every effort to accurately describe and grade the condition of our vintage cameras. Our grading system follows Japanese camera market standards:

• Mint: Like new, virtually no signs of use. Rare for vintage items.
• Excellent: Minimal signs of use. Fully functional with minor cosmetic wear.
• Very Good: Normal signs of use. Fully functional. Some cosmetic wear visible.
• Good: Noticeable wear but fully functional. May have minor issues noted in description.
• Fair: Significant wear. May have functional issues noted. Sold as-is.

Despite our best efforts, vintage cameras are pre-owned items. We cannot guarantee that all features will function perfectly. All known issues are disclosed in the product description and condition report.

Camera Reservations

Camera reservations through our website or contact form hold an item for up to 48 hours. Reservations are confirmed upon our acknowledgment via email or phone. We may require a non-refundable deposit for high-value items. Reserved items must be purchased or the reservation must be canceled within the hold period.

Pricing and Payment

All prices listed on our website are in Japanese Yen (JPY) unless otherwise stated. Prices are subject to change without notice. We accept payment via bank transfer, cash (in-store), and select credit cards. International buyers may be responsible for currency conversion fees charged by their financial institution.

Returns and Refunds

We stand behind the accuracy of our condition grading. If a camera does not match our described condition upon receipt:

• You may return the item within 7 days of receipt for a full refund
• The item must be returned in the same condition as received
• Return shipping costs are borne by transvolterion.com for condition-related returns
• Items sold as "for parts" or "as-is" are not eligible for returns

Change-of-mind returns are accepted within 3 days of receipt for store credit only. Return shipping is the buyer's responsibility.

Repair and Service Terms

Repair estimates are provided free of charge based on initial inspection. Final repair costs may differ from estimates if additional issues are discovered during service. We will contact you for approval before proceeding with any work exceeding the original estimate by more than 20%. Repairs are warranted for 90 days from completion. This warranty covers the specific work performed and does not extend to other components.

Film Processing Services

While we exercise the utmost care in handling your film, we cannot be held liable for loss or damage to film during processing due to manufacturing defects, improper storage, or other factors beyond our control. Our maximum liability for lost or damaged film is limited to replacement with unexposed film of equivalent type and quantity.

Shipping and Delivery

We ship worldwide using insured services. Shipping costs are calculated based on destination, weight, and declared value. International shipments may be subject to customs duties and taxes, which are the responsibility of the buyer. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs inspection or processing.

Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, images, graphics, and design, is the property of transvolterion.com and is protected by copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our content without prior written consent.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, transvolterion.com shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our website or services. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific product or service giving rise to the claim.

Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of Japan. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Tokyo, Japan.
